Error executing substep 'Post'

I am trying to use an IVI driver through TestStand 3.0, but when I try to configure the HP33120A Function Generator I receive the following error:

Error executing substep 'Post'.
An exception occurred calling 'RunStep' in 'ISubstep' of 'TestStand Ivi Step Types'
An error occurred while executing the step.
Component Works IVI Control Error: The IVI Init operation failed for logical name 'hp33120a'.

-31619; User-defined error code.

Step 'Configure33120A' of sequence 'MainSequence' in 'OutputBoardFunctional.seq'

---------------------------------

In my test sequence I reference the logical name "hp33120a", which works on one machine but not another (although there are no differences in the IVI drivers setup in MAX that I can see).

I tried reinstalling the driver, but that did not help.

What causes this error, and how can I resolve it?

Thanks,
Philip

My error description in the first post was missing part of the error message returned from the TestStand Run-Time Error:

Error executing substep 'Post'.
An exception occurred calling 'RunStep' in 'ISubstep' of 'TestStand Ivi Step Types'
An error occurred while executing the step.
Component Works IVI Control Error: The IVI Init operation failed for logical name 'hp33120a'.
Details: Session Manager: hp33120a_InitWithOptions returned an error: -1073807360 (0xbfff0000).

PMichaelson,

First, you are only getting this error on one computer? If so can you successfully communicate with the instrument from MAX? Let me know and we will go from there. Have a great day!

Yes, I was only getting this message on one computer. I solved the problem by uninstalling and then reinstalling all the GPIB drivers.
