Error when accessing any .NET assembly on global assembly

I got this error when I try access any global assembly:

Method 'ICompare.Compare' on type 'ClassComparer' from assembly 'zNationalInstruments.TestStand.DotNetAdapterGAC, version = 3.1.0.9095, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=ad9244eb3b825cd8' is overring a method that has been overridden.

We have encountered this error when using Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 and/or .NET framework 2.0. If this is the case, we have a temporary work around.

Please download this attachment and save it in the TestStand/bin folder. If you are using the Sequence Editor, name the file as SeqEdit.exe.Config. If you are using the operator interface name the file TestExec.exe.config (where TestExec would be the name of your Operator Interface).
