Global prototype change after modifying a vi

I'm using TS3.5 + LB 8.2.

I modified my vi after I've placed it in many places.  As a result of this change I had to enter in each and every step calling this vi, open the vi for editing and save it, so that the new modification will take place.

Is there and easier way to do it?
