How to Modify Html report??

I rechecked this on my end & found that looping options i edited was on "Add Failure Stack Items" only.
Other than this while debugging "PutOneResultInReport" sequence i could find the if we look at "Add Step Name" step, it does not add a ResultID for all the failed steps in Report body other than the first failed step & i hope that is why the anchor tag in html :<a></a>" doesn't link the error hyperlink in report header.
Please attach the sequence if it is working at your end.

I have saved this one in TestStand version 3.1.  It is working for me, let me know if it works for you.
