How to access the Requirements property (& subproperties) of steps and sequences with the TestStand API

Thank you for letting the community know about the ultimate goal of this application.  It is the first time I hear of someone adding the requirements coverage information to a TestStand report.  It seems like a very helpful documentation feature.
