How to open and display a seqeunce file with the ActiveX controls

I am trying to understand how to open a sequence file and display its contents or execution with SequenceFileViewMgr and ExecutionViewMgr.  What are the relationships among the managers, the file, the sequence itself, and what are the steps to set up those relationships.
