How to perform Device Under Test (DUT) for MOSFET by using KEITHLEY 2636A

Hello everyone, I am a beginner at using KEITHLEY instruments. Recently I started working on electrical measurements, my final goal is to measure the IV hysteresis curve of memristor.

Initially I used resistor and diode to conduct Device under Test (DUT) via KEITHLEY 2636A instrument to test the KEITHLEY 2636a is working properly or not. For this I used pyvisa code to communicate between PC and KEITHLEY 2636A, it shows that the KEITHLY source is working properly.

Now I am interested in performing DUT for MOSFET while using KEITHLEY 2636A as a only source. I tried many times but wasted. That’s why I am here to ask you a few basic questions.

1) Can I perform DUT for MOSFET (I have 2N7000 enhancement mode n-channel transistor) by using KEITHLEY 2636A as an only source or I will need another source too to perform DUT?

2)  In the below image I shared the three terminals of our KEITHLEY Instrument connection:

i) Usually I connect the A2- Drain (CHANNEL A connected to KEITHLEY_SENSE HI) to the drain terminal of the 2N7000 MOSFET.

ii) B-2 (CHANNEL B connected to KEITHLEY_SENSE HI) connected to the Gate terminal of 2N7000 MOSFET.

iii) LO2-Source (Lo-GND connected to KEITHLEY_Lo) connected to the source terminal of the 2N7000 MOSFET. please see the schematic and real images below for understanding.

Please review my connection whether my connection of KEITHLEY to MOSFET is correct or not?

3) If only KEITHLEY 2636A source isn’t enough to perform DUT for MOSFET then please guide me how can I connect another source? I mean I am confused about connecting two sources (1-Keithley 2-Power Supply) to MOSFET to perform DUT.

Your help and guidance are a lot to me. I appreciate your help in advance. Thanks
