Installing runtime only for TS 2016 f1

What is the procedure for installing Teststand 2016 f1 runtime-only, separately from a test program deployment?  Do I run TestStandRTE2016-32.exe (409 MB) followed by TS2016f1Patch.exe (463 MB)?

Yes, you'll need to install both the 2016 RTE and the 2016f1 patch.

Another option would be to build a "dummy" deployment with the deployment utility that just includes the TestStand Runtime. As long as you do this from a PC that already has the patch installed - it should include the patched runtime.
