Is StationCallbacks.seq overwritten when TestStand is re-installed, TestStand 2012 SP1?

Does the StationCallbacks.seq get overwritten during TestStand Installation/re-installation?  I haven't tried it recently, but I remember that it was.

File is in the directory:  C:\Users\Public\Documents\National Instruments\TestStand 2012\Components\Callbacks\Station

The Users folder is not deleted or overridden in an uninstall then a reinstall. This includes the StationCallbacks.seq. To make sure I ran a test and the StationCallbacks.seq was unaltered in the reinstall process.
