Guys
I´m working with evaluation TestStand Version 4.2.1 to update a Labview system and found that Labview version should be greater than 7.1 but my old Labview register version is 6.1. Is there any way to configure TestStand to enable use Labview 6.1?.
Thanks

HI Elchampinion, as you mention the TestStand LabVIEW adapter only supports LabVIEW 7.1.1 and later. This doesn't allow you to call the VIs directly, the only option you could try is creating a DLL from you VI and call the DLL using the C adapter, that way you shouldn't have the compatibility problem.
Still my recommendation in this case is update your LabVIEW License, so you can get all the new options that LabVIEW provides. You can contact the sales department in Mexico the phone 018000100793, for a quote on the upgrade, and you can download a free trial of LabVIEW from:

HI,
Yes it is should be possible without buying new Software.
(I have currently no TS4.2 on my private maschine, so it could be still different)
On the TS LabView adapter there is an option for TeststandLVRTE
You have to select this.
This link to some answers from Ray should solve your task
