LTC SSR TURNING ON ISSUE, 40%(2V) instead of 100%(5V)

Hi all, 

I hope you all are good in health and doing well, currently i am using test stand program to turn on the SSR(Solid State Relay) only 40%, but it do not turn on. In case of 100% present it turn on and produce 208 output voltage. But at 40% SSR should have to produce 140 voltage if it turn on. But unfortunately it do not turn on. In this regard can someone help me. I am attached the test Stand program and labview VI for reference.

Don't think, this is a TestStand issue (providing you are not assigning wrong values) , rather a CodeModule issue. 

Do you see the expected results when running the CodeModule on its own?

BTW.... there is a reason not to use boolean values for test evaluation
