LV TestStand OI under 6.1 Generates runtime menu errors

TestStand-Enable Entire Menu.vi generates an error when I run the TestStand OI under LV 6.1, LV 6.0.1 is fine. The Menubar reference number gets lost on the way through the vi. If the submenu tags array is empty, as is the case when it is first run, the menubar reference number is lost(0) on the output of the for loop. I have confirmed this behavior with a small sample vi consisting of a control wired through a for loop to an indicator. The for loop is indexed by a control array wired to the loop border with indexing enabled. If the Control Array is uninitialized, the value is not passed under LV 6.2, but is under LV 6.0.1. My solution is to test for an empty array and if so, pass the menubar number through.
