Measurement & Automation Programming Guide or Manual

I have the responsibility of supporting testers using the subject software, under TestStand. What I have seen looks like a block diagram of elements that the programmer can modify, select, etc. I need to learn how to use this. Wow, where to start.

TestStand is a test sequencer. Most people who use TestStand use it to run tests that were created in other applications. Most of the time it is LabVIEW, LabWindows/CVI, or C/C++. Some testing can be accomplished natively in TestStand. So lets start by getting you some documents:

To be more specific, I observed what appears to be something like a block diagram, where elements can be altered, or value selected, and moved around in various "boxes". It is in "Measurement & Automation". I need to know what this is, and how to use it.
