NI PXIe-1082 chassis not detecting in NI MAX

Hello All,

I am using Teststand 2020, Here I am facing issue is NI PXIe-1082 chassis not detecting in NI MAX.

I tried with different ways to resolve but still issue is there.

software side:
1.I tried to repair ,removed and install NIDAQ-mx
2.PXI platform services repair, remove and install
3.Install NI DC power and DMM

Hardware side:
1.tried with different NI Cards and chassis
2.PCI card also changed

Observations:
Same chassis is working fine with another PC

NI MAX has nothing to do with TestStand and this topic should be posted under https://forums.ni.com/t5/PXI/bd-p/270

1. Are you using an embedded controller or MXI or thunderbolt?
2. Do the cards installed in the PXI chassis get detected by NI MAX?
3. Tried resetting NI MAX database?

4. What version of drivers and what are the instruments installed in PXI chassis?
