NI teststand report modify

I remembered a guy asked the same question,but I can't find out again,so I ask again:

 if I don't modify the report,the report format is like this:

    Measurement:              26
                 Units:                    dBm
                 Limits:
                    Low:                   19
                    High:                  23
                 Comparison Type:          GELE (>= <=)
                 outputAvgpower [Out]

But I want to modify it like below:

"test Item Name " testtime  measurement      unit     low            high        ....some other parameter

                                                 26                  dBm  19           23

 how to modify it ?is there any datum,thank you!
