Problem Description
I am experiencing an issue where newly created Network-Published Shared Variables in LabVIEW are automatically undeploying from the Shared Variable Engine (SVE) whenever I attempt to update or write to them via NI TestStand.
Interestingly, older shared variables located within the exact same library project function perfectly and remain deployed without any issues when accessed by TestStand. The problem only isolates itself to newly created variables.

Software: NI LabVIEW & NI TestStand (Trial/Evaluation Version)

Architecture: Shared variables are contained inside a .lvlib library within a LabVIEW Project. TestStand calls VIs that read/write to these variables.
