I'd try repairing Nigel using the NI PackageManager.
My colleague had some issues accessing Nigel some weks ago, yet there he didn't even mange to see what you are seeing. He was given an error message.

Hi,
Some users have seen issues with login. We are working on improving that experience.
Can you try the steps below:
1. Delete the file under C:\Users\<UserName>\AppData\Local\NationalInstruments\NigelLocalService
2. Restart your machine and login into Nigel again.

Just tried to login... got a "Login failed" error

Unfortunately, deleting the folder doesn’t help either. It seems to be related to the firewall, but I can’t find the right settings to allow it. On a separate computer without these restrictions, it works fine. Does anyone have an idea which communication or port needs to be enabled for the tool?
