Some time ago, I developed my (originally TS3.5, but now TS4.0 customized) OI on my office PC (19" monitor). When we built the target test rack, a 21" monitor was installed. Due to other tasks, I began the task last week (in the lab) of growing the OI to take advantage of the larger monitor. I worked in the lab while I waited for a new monitor (for my office to arrive). Well, today I received my new monitor, but there's a problem. It's one of those new fangled ones with the aspect ratio like an HD tv. The only display setting that seems to work on it is 1680 x 1050. However, the monitor in the lab (different vendor) is not quite as rectangular, and has an optimum ratio of 1600 x 1200. Anyway, after screwing around with the various VI Properties, I've totally screwed up the HMI. I can no longer resize things, buttons/indicators are in the wrong place, things are a mess.
Thanks to configuration management, I was able to go back to the lab PC and get things to look like they did before. However, I'd ultimately like to work from my office. Are there some VI Properties that (at a minimum) I should set so as to be able to bounce back and forth? I would like to keep the lab-pc-dimensions for the OI currently set to 1562 x 1010, and I'd like to have the top/left at around 4 & 5. Any suggestions?
Is this a LabVIEW question or a TestStand question? You are using TS 4.0 but asking for VI properties, so I'm a little confused. Thank you for the clarification!
