With the help of NI support, we found that the problem came from my own process model file.
I used a custom process model already modified by someone and coming from Teststand 2021.
I don't know exactly why but it seems that using this custom process model in Teststand 2024 has created this weird behavior.
Anyway, I restarted with the default sequential model of Teststand 2024 and recreated my own model from it and it seems to work better.
