Actually i want to startup with NI TestStand. So if anyone can please suggest good study materials for beginner.

#1 choice is Start>>All Programs>>National Instruments>>TestStand>>Documentation>>Manuals>>Using TestStand.

#2 choice is Start>>All Programs>>National Instruments>>TestStand>>Documenation>>Manuals>>Using LabVIEW with TestStand

#3 choice is Start>>All Programs>>National Instruments>>TestStand>>Documenation>>Manuals>>NI TestStand Reference Manual (considered the "Bible" of TestStand)

#4 choice is take an NI training class if possible

There are other PDFs in those locations that help but these are the top 3.

The forums are a great source of help.  You can also search NI's website or call NI for assistance.
