Step into CVI code

Hi,

While executing a Teststand sequence, the sequence stops on a breakpoint and I then expect to be able to Step Into (F8) the CVI code/Action step that follows the breakpoint.
However I find that the execution momentarily displays the code, then returns quickly to the T.S. sequence, giving no opportunity to step through the CVI code.

This is something which has operated successfully many times for me in the past, but now I cannot see the reason for the problem.

I've checked the following:

Teststand:
  1.  Configured the Labwindow adapter to execute steps in an external instance of CVI.
  2. The project is: tscvirun.proj , as found in \Program Files...\AdapterSupport\CVI

CVI:

  1. The tscvirun.cws is configured as:

Build configuration:   debug

Target type:  debuggable executable

Any suggestions as to what prevents me stepping into the CVI code, using the Labwindow Adapter configuration method,

would be much appreciated.

Gary.

Teststand 3.5 \ Labwindows 8.0
