Store in DB Step_Results variable value

Hi, I need to customize the Step_Results table of the TestStand Results.mdb. In the Step_Results table I added a new column. In this column I want to record a variable value when a test is executed. Basically, I need to know when a trest is executed what is the varialble value.

How can I do it?
