The "Location of Deployable Image" in "System Source" tab specifies the directory to which the deployment utility will copy an image of the system. This image can be copied over the network or put in an installer. So this is the copy of your installer on your computer that you can use to install the application on other computers,
The "Default Installation Base Directory" in "Installer Options" tab specifies the base directory used by the installer as the default installation location. So on your target computer it specifies the base directory of where the application will be installed. For example C:\Program Files\
The "Default Installation Subdirectory" in "Installer Options" tab specifies a subdirectory under the default installation base directory used by the installer as the default installation location. This is the sub directory inside your base directory for your application. For example C:\Program Files\My TestStand Application\
