TestStand Operator interface installer "Controls Could not be loaded" error

Separate installer made for TestStand Operator Interface but when i install this application to the standalone PC not having LabVIEW its throwup this "Controls Could not be loaded" error.

There is a separate installer for TestStand Sequence Installer. 

Kindly help me out to this problem.

Did you install TestStand on the PC as well?  The controls of the UI are actually ActiveX components which are part of the TestStand installation.  Also, after installing TestStand you have to reboot and let all the of the activex components register.  If you have done this and they still aren't registered you can run the TestStand Version Selector.

You still need TestStand engine installed, even on a deployment PC.  How are you deploying?

I think it would help if you understood how TestStand deployment works from a basic level.  Here are some links that discuss this topic:

The only real difference between a development install and deployment install of TestStand is the licensing and a few development components (i.e. the sequence editor).  So you can install the TestStand engine from the same place that you installed the TestStand development.
