TestStand Runtime

there exist the possibility to download and install only the TestStand RunTime Engine? I cannot find it...

The TestStand runtime is not published as a separate download on ni.com. If you download the offline TestStand installer (*.iso) from ni.com and mount the file, you will see that there is an \AdditionalInstallers\ subdirectory that contains a "Runtime32" and a "Runtime64" directory which corresponds to the two bitnesses of the TestStand runtime.
