TestStand annoyance with drop down boxes

I was wondering if anyone else is facing the annoyance of some drop down boxes only showing one line of information at a time. One has to click on the little scroll icons and see all other options one at a time.  I've attached a screenshot to try and explain what the issue is.

I'm using 4.0.1 on a Dell Laptop running Vista. Interestingly, I have no issue on a PXI chassis running XP SP2. I seem to be getting this problem mostly with dialog boxes. I've attached two more screenshots.

TestStand 4.0.1 does not support Windows Vista. You need to use TestStand version 4.1 or newer.

I saw the same thing using the beta version of Windows 7 with TestStand 4.0.1, but I did not see the issue when I installed TestStand 4.1.1.
