To run the selected VI Step directly, double-click the selected VI step in teststand or click edit vi

Hello, everybody!

I want to be able to do the following in teststand,

When I insert a written vi step and set it in the VI execution property to run when open, when I open the VI with labview, it runs directly, but when I double-click the step in teststand, the VI is open in the edited way, not run directly,

Could you please tell me how to set it up or do it in teststand so that when I double click on it I can just run the selected step,

Thank you very much

That's not intended behavior from TestStand. The double click, and the Edit VI button do the same thing of opening the VI for editing.

Your VI's will run as the sequence runs, manually opening the VI's so that they run should not be part of your process.

Have you tried right-click on the selected step and selecting Run Selected Steps?
