Using SequenceFileConverter.exe to save as an earlier version TestStand sequence file

Can SequenceFileConverter be used to save as an earlier version sequence file?

I'd like to convert from 2017 to 2014

Open the sequence file in 2017.

Go to File>>Save As...

On the Files of Type: dropdown choose the version you want to save it as (in your case TestStand 2014 (14.0.x) Sequence File (*.seq)).
