Hi,
I am using TestStand 2016. I also use NI Vision Builder 2015 which requires LabVIEW 2015 when I use Vision Builder AI Vis for running my vbai functions. However, there is a problem when I try to run TS 2016 and call vis which are LV2015 version.
I also have LV 2016 but I can't then run my Vision Builder AI vis with that version of LV.
Any suggestions?

You should be able to use 2015 VIs in TestStand 2016 but they are not supported by NI. The Readme file says LV2015SP1 is supported but this might affect your NI Vision.
You could try setting the Vision steps to use RTE LV2015 and then the rest with LabVIEW 2016 ADE.

Would that be possible for you to update to the latest Vision Builder AI release (2015 f3)?
We added support for LabVIEW 2016 for the VBAI API in VBAI 2015 f2.
VBAI 2015 f3 is a free update and you will be able to use your 2015 license to license Vision Builder AI 2015 f3.
You can download VBAI 2015 f3 at the following link:

Hope this helps.
