What is the purpose of the flags and attributes in Teststand?

Hi:

    I don't understand the introduce about the "flags" and "attributes" in Teststand help.Can somebody explain? I don't know in which condition use them.

Flags set various optional behaviors for properties. See the help for more details.

Attributes are properties that a property itself has. You can use them to store additional information you'd like to store on a property. They are general purpose, so could be used for many different reasons.
