No, that is not possible. OTFR writes to disk in more or less constant timeframes (if there has been results to be put into the report during this time of course). Maybe you should take a look into this documentation. It explains the standard generation of the report and does not go into detail for OTFR. Nevertheless, i hope that you will understand the way TestStand is collecting data for the report after this.
