Unfortunately, I was unable to reproduce your problem. I tested with Windows 2000 and Windows XP. I tried TestStand 1.0.3, 2.0 and 2.0.1 and I never got the behavior you noticed.
If you didn't notice this behavior with any other computer, then maybe there is something wrong with this particular computer.
What is the OS you are using?
