database error

I am seeing an error when I try to run a seq file.  When I hover over the large ! it says, “The type library information for “TestStand Database Options” was not found.  Ensure that the server is registered on the computer”.  I went to Database Options and see THIS.  Any thoughts on what it’s looking for?
