error code - 17850.how to rectify it

Sir/Madam,

       I am doing a project in remote execution of teststand.I have configured all the elements that are required to run an remote execution in the pc.I am using Windows XP platform.But i was not able to communicate remotely.the error occured was

Error Code :-17850,Remote execution Error.

I have to know what is the reason for the error and How to correct and rectify it.

Are you using Windows XP with Service Pack 2? If so, check out the following KnowledgeBase.
