how to include a GUI to configure steps parameters

Hi,

I would like to create a step in which I need to configure parameters from a list.

This will be done through a GUI in which I want to enter a local variable and a boolean.

What programming language are you using? You want to create a custom step type that includes an edit step. There are examples in the NI Developer Zone for CVI, LabVIEW, etc.
