Welcome Suresh,

I would recommend doing one of the NI Training Courses for Teststand.

The next thing would be to read through the 'Using ... with TestStand' Manuals supplied with your TestStand.

Look at the TestStand\Examples\Demo sequence file for the Computer Motherboard Test Sequence sequencefile.

The NI Website would be another source of information and examples.
