missing files?

For some reason my project no longer builds for deployment.

It terminates with the following error:

Starting Analysis
Processing Workspace...
Workspace Processed
Finished Analysis
Building...

LabVIEW Version: 10.0.1 (2010 SP1) (32-bit) English
The build was aborted because LabVIEW is missing one or more files.  The Deployment Utility is now determining which VIs Reference the missing file(s).
Internal error code 7 Processing VIs...
Could not process LabVIEW VIs. Fix any broken VIs before rebuilding. LabVIEW error:

Except the sequence runs fine in the editor & passes analysis.

I have checked that every step .vi is loaded & valid.

Any ideas?

Ah, It appears to only happen if certain options are selected in "Distributed Files" tab "Labview Options" section, including but not limted to "Output VI's to a packaged library" 

but i dont understand why...

Hi Hoss183,

Are you running the latest TestStand 2010 patch, this addressed a number of problems with the Deployment Utility. I have included a link to the page where you can download this for your convenience.
