I have noticed this happening when the CommonResults property has been modified to be a newer version than 3.1.0.100. By resetting the version of CommonResults to 3.1.0.100, the problem appears to go away. If you have purposely modified CommonResults, there is an additional workaround. To fix this problem, make a type palette file at the top of the Type Palette File List that only contains CommonResults.
To do this, select the Type Palette (Ctrl-T). In the dropdown list, select Customize. Create a new Type Palette File, and make sure it is at the top of the list. In the Type Palette Window, select NI_DatabaseTypes.ini. Select the Standard Data Types Tab. Select CommonResults, and copy the item. Navigate to the new Types Document you created, and paste the item in that file. Once you save these files, you should not be prompted again.
Let me know if this does not solve your problem.
