running steps and sequences at the same time

Hi,

I need to run some steps and sequence at the same time in my application due to test time restrictions. I am using Teststand 2.0. Colud you please describe me the methodology.

TestStand Supports execution of multiple sequences at the same time. You can use synchronization steps like rendezvous to synchronize both the executions. However I'm not sure if these features are available in TestStand 2.0

I am not very familiar with Teststand. I am using it due to customer request. I came to a point but i cannot go further. I don't know how synchronization works. All i need is a description or a sample to run two steps in a sequence at the same time and to run two sequences at the same time in Teststand 2.0

Check the TestStand Examples Directory. There is Synchronization directory. You will have examples for RendezVous. I'm Using TestStand 4.1 so I'm not sure if its available in TestStand 2.0.

Synchronization Step types came in at version 2 and there should be an example in the  \teststand\examples folder.

I'd also recommend upgrading to a newer version if possible as there have been a lot of improvements since 2.0.
