set release dll to run at boot-up

Hello,

We are attempting to have our PXI box run on a test stand. It seems to be working well; the only problem is that it is running in debug mode, and we need to have it running in the release mode. We are having a hard time figuring out how to upload the release version into the box to have that be the version of our program that runs at start-up. Is there a simple step we are missing to have the release version of our DLL load automatically on boot?

It sounds like this issue might be more closely related to your realtime programming environment, such as LabVIEW or LabWindows/CVI. I'd recommend posting this question in the appropriate forum to make sure that community members more familiar with these products are able to assist you.

Of course, if you are using the NI TestStand software and having difficulties with that, we can certainly try to help here. If that's the case, how exactly is TestStand fitting in to this system? That would help us figure out how to assist you.
