testexec.llb differences from 3.5 to 4.0

We are using TS3.5.  I modified some of the full-feature OI files in the TestExec.llb (after extracting all the files contained within) and rebuilt the executable (within a LabVIEW project).  Now we're looking at TS4.0 and are thinking of doing something similar.  I'll have to make the same (plus more probably) changes to the equivalent files.  However, aside from running some type of diff tool, is there some document, or does someone know a method, that can show me which files within TestExec.llb differ (were modified) between 3.5 and 4.0?

You can try using the difference tool in labview.

That tool is very good when you're talking about a couple of VIs.  In this case, however, there are about 78 VIs.  This gets rather cumbersome considering that to use the tool, (1) the VIs must be open, and (2) they can't have the same name.
