teststand: alphabetically order sequences

When selecting sequences from the sequences available (for sequence calls or when listing All Sequences) they are not in alphabetical order, is there a way of changing this?

Hi,

You will find there are in the order, as seen in the All Sequence View.

There is no tool that will put these in alphabetical order. if there are not many sequences within your sequencefile then you would have to manually sort the sequences in the All Sequence View. Otherwise you would have to generate a Sequence File that would use the TS API methods to sort a given sequence file.
