unable to load xml report, at line 1 invalid at the top level of the document

I modified the horizontal.xsl report file by changing gIndentTables from True to False. Now TS throws an error, (as Titled), when opening the Reports file. 

Nothing has changed with line 1. I set TS back to the original horizontal.xsl file and the problem persist.

So only during Runtime the Report file is unable to load, but at completion the xml report loads and is viewable from TS Report Tab.

Its happening again, On the Fly report says "Unable to load xml report, at line 1 invalid at the top level of the document. 

Here's what changed. 
Original source code no issues when running.

Source code from revision control I get an error with the "Report on the Fly". A report does display but only when the test has completed.

The canned error message

"Unable to load XML Report. At Line 1 invalid at the top level of document"

will flash for a few test steps, then the report appears for 1-2 seconds then the canned message is back again.

Is there any setting that can be changed to ensure the On-the-fly-report is generated, instead of unable to load. Do I need to increase the test PC ram memory? Is this a problem with the TS dll that generates the report? Does the size of the report... opening file, appending file affect TS performance?
