Project Title:Simulation of Haptic Surface
Hardware & Software Used: Force Sensing resistor(FSR), Linear resonant actuator(LRA), DRV8601 LRA Driver circuitry, Aurdino 2560 Mega board, Labview.
How does your application solves the above mentioned challenge/problem: This facilitates the blind with an audio haptic sensation of the the floor on which he walks adding to his real life experience of the world and helps him to feel and diffrenciate the surface in which he walks.
Description of Project: Our primary objective is to simulate the tactile/haptic sensation of different floor surfaces. The prototype to be built can be a part of some emerging applications such as haptic shoe for blind people, new gaming applications etc.
