I can't find the CompactRIO MTBF value.

I just coulf found something like  Bellcore Issue 6, Method 1, Case 3 MIL-HDBK-217F .

Could you please send me the result CompactRIO MTBF value ?

Can you tell me whether the MTBF number you needed is for a specific module or for the cRIO controller?
