Desktop with correct PCIe slot to go with PCIe-PXIe link

Hello Friends,
We have planned to communicate between the Desktop PC and the PXIe chassis using a PCIe–PXIe Remote Controller (NI PXIe-PCIe 8382). It is a x8 Gen2 MXI-Express for PXI Express Interface. It connects over a Copper Cable from a Desktop PC to the PXI Remote Control Module fitted in the PXIe chassis via a PCI Express link. I am trying to find a suitable Desktop PC which has a compatible PCIe slot. I got some insight from an article on the NI website (Select the Right PC for Your PCI Express Hardware - NI). As mentioned there, a server class system may offer an x8 slot for high-end peripherals.
I searched and found that a server Dell EMC PowerEdge T150 which has 4 PCIe slots: (1) 1x16 Gen4 (x16 connector, (2) 1x4 Gen4 (x8 connector), (3) 1x4 Gen3 (x8 connector) and (4) 1x1 Gen3 (x1 connector). All slots are of full height, half length. The spec sheet of Dell EMC PowerEdge T150 is attached herewith. Can you suggest whether this Dell Server PC will work with the NI PXIe-PCIe 8382 card (x8 PCIe board) or not ? I am also open to other Desktop suggestions.

Thanks in advance.
