I am not able to see my devices as "present" that are installed in my PXI rack.
These used to show up as present but recently I performed some updates and now I can no longer get then to
show up as present.
With the rack off, if I start up NI-Max and do an F5 refresh this is what I see as listed devices:
If I turn the rack on and do an F5 refresh this is what I see as listed devices:
One PXIe-6341 is seen as present (but I am not able able to modify its name) and another PXIe-6341 is seen at the bottom of the
list as not connected.
What do I need to do in order to get these devices to connect so that I can use them?
Thanks

You do realize that PXI devices must be discovered at system boot up, right? PXI is based on PCI. You cannot just add in a PCI card while the computer is running and expect it to be found. Same for PXI.
So turn on the PXI chassis and reboot the computer.

Thanks crossrulz-
I initially booted the PC after cycling power on the PXI rack but I forgot to add what the NI-Max device list looks like when I reboot
the system. (see image below)
All of my devices were showing up as "present" (for each of the devices shown in the image that I posted with my original post)
until after the update which I performed the other day. I turned the rack off (after the PC had booted) when I didn't see my devices
and that was the image that I captured and placed in my original post.
I have been searching for information on how to get these devices to appear as present again.
Here is what it looks like after boot up (which also looks the same after pressing the F5 refresh screen):

Also, I just clicked on the NI PXIe-1065 Chassis and opened the VISA test panel and on the
View Attributes tab I noticed the following Timeout:
When I closed that window, the NI-Max device list looks like it fixed itself:

Looks to me like you just needed to expand the PXI chassis to show the cards under it.
