Error runing Labview - VI won't complie

Just purchased new hardware and labview. Cannot get the simple Labview applications to run. Error is VI's cannot be complied

I cannot say I have ever seen this before. Are you able to get any VIs to run? Is there a broken run arrow? When does this error happen? Can you do a mass compile of the directory where this VI resides? Have you tried to force compile this VI (Ctrl + Shift + Run arrow)?
