How do I create an image of the present hard drive on a PXI-8186?

I have a PXI-8186.  I would like to make a backup copy of the present state of the controller hard drive.  Is there a way to do this?  I looked for the Acronis software but this controller may be to old for that. 

Another message similar to this is this one but it did not help with the 8186.

Your PXI-8186 has Phonix Firstware software for imaging controllers.  This software has a type of run-time license which allows re-imaging the controller from our image.  The development license is not included with the controller.

To create a new image of your HDD, you would have to use third party software such as Norton Ghost or Acronis Disk Director.
