How to check the NI repair service is still available?

Hi, I was contacting NI and asking for repair service for our failed PXI-5600 in few weeks ago. The NI HW service support team told me that service of repair is no longer available for it since 2018.

This makes me wondering, is the repair service still available for our other PXI cards? Where/who can I find/consult for the answer?

Hi, the PXI-5600 is an obsolete product. When NI products go obsolete, they can no longer be repaired or calibrated by the manufacturer. You can view NI's product life cycle here for more information: https://www.ni.com/life-cycle/hardware.htm.

Where to find the life cycle status for PXI-5600? I just can't fine it on ni.com. 

PS. I am also looking for life cycle status for other PXI cards: PXI-5620, PXIe-5611, PXI-6508.

The PXI-6508 is in the "Mature" stage of the product life cycle as shown in the attached screenshot. You can find the life cycle status when you search for the product on ni.com. I searched for the other products you mentioned and it looks like they no longer have product pages on ni.com, which means they are most likely obsolete.

Seems I have to find the other source for repairing/replacing our NI test equipment.
